    Word of Mouse…

    Prior to the development of the Internet, companies recognised that “word of mouth” marketing was just as important as any other channel. With the development and progress of the internet and increasing popularity of blogs and social networks, the general public is in many cases aware of information about your organization that you may not even be aware of. Clearly with the internet playing such a big part in our daily lives we have moved on from “word of mouth” to “word of mouse”.
