From 20 May,2010 18:00 all brand reach values for YouTube and Facebook mentions will be reverted to a new formula which will have a significant effect on past and future mentions for associated results’ brand reach.

At 17:00 13 May 2009, a new dropdown will be added to the Raw Hits page allowing users to filter by 15, 25, 50 or 100 mentions instead of the default 15.

We are improving our server infrastructure on Saturday 8 May, 2010 from 07:00 to 12:00.

We will copy all the data from the old saidwot v2 accounts to the new version, and notify you if you want to test the new version. saidWot v2 will still be running concurrently with v3 for the time being.

Over the coming months we will be offering training and full support on how to use the latest verion.

The saidWot team has been extremely busy in the last couple of weeks rolling out saidWot v3. This includes exciting new features and a list of customizable option which is a great improvement for all our users. Check out some of the new features that have been added.
